Can anyone give me a single piece of evidence to prove Creationism or Intelligent Design?

Keep in mind that I said "evidence." That means actual, scientific proof that supports Creationism or Intelligent Design: not unproven speculation, not trying to "prove Evolution wrong," not a religious appeal.
