Why my own mails are going to spam ?

I am a member of some discussion forum. Normally we send the mails to forum Moderator. Then, after his moderation he sends the mail to all members. Recently I observed that the mails initially sent by me, when they come to me, are directly sent to spam folder. I have made some filters for some other mails but not for my own mails. What should I do now ?
