l tearing? How bad is it?

first of all no you don't want to do it naturally, 2 of my 3 were natural because I have low plattles, and having a kid with no pain meds sucks hairy . tearing actually feels like a bee sting (best way to explain it) it hurts but its not terrible it sucks to wipe and takes about 2 weeks to heal, but your baby makes the pain seem like its not there.
