Will the U.S. Congress allow the greedy crooks on "Wall Street" to have a bailout at the expense of everyone?

Will the U.S. Congress become part of the "Wall Street" crooks and the Federal Reserve who want to extort $700 billion dollars from U.S. tax-payers, just for starters as there will be more money demands in the future to cover further losses of other private banks and other private institutions who then get the "go ahead from the U.S. Congress" to fleece America for their bad decisions & practices, then walk away with " Golden Parachutes attached to their retirement packages although they lie, cheat & steal from average Americans with no real over-sight of their dealing and transactions! Does the U. S. Congress have the backbone to tell all of them....no, the U.S. tax-payer will not be stuck holding the financial bag for what you greedy "Wall Street" sbags have done for nothing more than pure self-greed and self-profit! Only a "NO BAILOUT" will prove the U.S. Congress is on the up & up, otherwise they also become crooks through legislative action to rescue criminal actions of thievery at its worst! Those on "Wall Street" who have done this action should be convicted and put in prison with long-sentences!
