Pres Bush blame Congress for economic woes. What koolaid has he been drinking?

I suspect your understanding of economics is rooted in some other system other than capitalism. One would be led to believe by this question that the president is solely responsible for economic conditions and free market conditions have no relative bearing. This is an unfortunate belief of those who look to government to run their lives and then blame the same should free market conditions not conform to their belief. In addition, you seem to not understand that legislative as well as executive branches set spending and policy. With that said, spending and policies do not determine economic well being in totem. Of course you can look to government to run your life but I prefer free will and personal freedom over government intervention into my life.
