Do i need to go to the dr?

my mom and i roller her 4runner in a ditch on the 29th. the pangerts side where i was sitting landed in the ditch. i hit the window and my mom landed on top of me. my nech hurts pretty cad and it hurts to say words. talking hurts my muscles. my shoulders also hurt. and of course the side of my face near my tempal where i hit the window hurts. me and my mom are both sore but not seriously in jured. we didnt go to the hospital. do we need to? should we see how long it is till we feel better?
