I'm 39 and am shocked to find my periods have gone from 3 days to only 1. Does this mean early menopause?

Also the first day of my period used to be really heavy, followed by 2 normal days. Now it's just one light day. Has happened 2 months in a row. Is this a sign menopause is starting to occur & maybe in a year I'll be at menopause stage? I'm only 39 & haven't had kids yet. Also I'm single so it's not pregnancy and nothing else with my health has changed.
