Are you sure it is HIS credit card details? It is quite possible he is posting somebody else's, you have no evidence that it is his, the details of the posting can all be fraudulent. and having tried it you are now possibly liable to prosecution EVEN after cancelling the order. Even if it is his card, unless you have his express consent you have broken the law. Very clever to publicly declare an illegal and traceable act on a site which logs all your details for 7 years as evidence, and which is monitored by every government agency due to the number of criminal questions now being posted.
