Should brazil conserve their natural resources or use them?

Resources are meant to be used but in sustainable and systematic manner which will benefit the resource base itself, people who depend on the resources and considering the full impact of that resource use. Some resources can be replicated such as tree planting once mature timber has been harvested. Others are not and the impact on all users must be carefully essed. There is no point in letting over mature trees rot on the stump or iron ore left in the ground when economies and people could benefit.
