Sims 3 Collectors Edition Australian Pre Order?

I have pre ordered the Collectors Edition from the Harvey Norman website and the confirmation email that I was sent said they would contact me by June 3rd (Today) to tell me my pre order is ready. I havn't being contacted yet and i'm worried!
