Why do so many interracial daters try to push interracial dating on others?

I'm Arab (Lebanese) and Greek and I'm not racist at all, I don't have anything against interracial relationships. My sister has been seeing a black guy for about a year now and I have no problem with it but I can't help but notice a lot of interracial daters try to push interracial dating on others, especially the ones online. They seem to think a lot of people are into other races when in reality most people prefer their own. I'm not saying I would never date interracial but for the most part I'm only attracted to women of my race (Mediterranean women). I know there are beautiful women in every race but I want a woman who has more in common with me when it comes to my culture and our traditions. I prefer my own kind. What's so bad about that?
