Can I take my ASVAB again once Im in the Coast Guard?

Hello... I scored 56 on the ASVAB and got into the Coast Guard DEP. But I didnt get the job I wanted. HS! Of course in the CG you strike for sometime then decide. During that time can I take the ASVAB again?
