Zango Sa is always there when I run Yahoo Anti Spy. How can I stop this adware from contstantly reappearing?

Start-Settings-Control Panel-Add Remove programs. Find Zango then pick uninstall. The uninstaller works, I've used it before. If that doesn't work, consider that Yahoo Anti Spy may be mislabeling something.
